Corlu Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.S. has been in the Automotive Industry since 1968. Covered factory area is currently 5.000 m2 and there is an ongoing extension. Being an OEM supplier to Mercedes-Benz Turk A.S. (DaimlerChrysler), EvoBus and New Flyer Industries for their truck and bus productions for 30 years, has helped our company to better proceed in its dedication to the stable development through high quality. Also we have several aftermarket customers located in Germany , France , Holland , U.K. , Southeast Asia , Canada and North America .

     In 1994, ISO 9002:1994 Quality Management System Certificate has been obtained and in November 2004 ISO/TS 16949:2002, DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 QMS certifications completed successfully. The aim has been focused to the digestion of the total quality concepts within all ranks of the company. These efforts have been supported by the acquisition of modern CNC machining centers with precision and flexibility in mind and by the development of the dedicated machine tools for the competitive and precise production of the fast moving OEM parts. Our goal is to share Corlu Otomotiv's 35-year machining experience in different industries.

     Our facility and expertise allow us to machine various components made of ductile or gray cast iron ranging from 2 kg up to 100 kilograms; including brake shoes, brake supports, suspension brackets, knuckles, exhaust manifolds, cooling fan drive systems, gearbox bodies, compressor cylinders, cylinder heads, axle arms, axle housings, brackets, flanges, suspension system components and etc. Since 1968, we have been working with foundries which are approved by OEM firms.

     Our quality department has been equipped with the required measuring and control devices, including coordinate measurement system, in line with the keen quality concepts. These have been accompanied by the continuous on site training efforts for all the members of the company. Corlu Otomotiv is fully recognized by both the domestic and international OEM companies and in export aftermarket with its high quality products, correct attitude, stable growth and development.

     We have been registered as an “A” Class supplier to Mercedes-Benz Turk A.S. (DaimlerChrysler) granting us the right to supply direct to the assembly line.
